Wouldn’t you like to make sure your family knows what to do? Estate Planning simply means giving what you have, to who you want, when you want, the way you want, and doing so in a manner which you control. Good planning, whether you situation is simple, or more complex, preserves family harmony, protects assets, eases administrative hassles and can reduce taxes, fees and costs. Every family deserves a quality estate plan. Please join us for this informative presentation as Kristen Izatt, a frequent presenter on estate and charitable planning and an attorney from The Estate Planning Law Group guides us through this process.

Ms. Izatt is known for her unique and comprehensive counseling-based client-centered practice approach. She concentrates her practice in the area of wealth preservation, family legacy design, probate and trust administration, and highly customized estate, tax, and charitable planning. Ms. Izatt received her BA degree with honors from Smith College, Northampton, MA, and earned her JD from the University of Illinois, College of Law.

The evening will include a short reception, introduction of the Geneva Library Foundation, the presentation, and a Q&A session. This is a free event.
