Haunted Geneva - A Night with Travis Thrasher - A Big Success

Group Shot ImageOn Oct. 16th, the Geneva Library Foundation presented “Haunted Geneva – A Night with Travis Thrasher” at the library. It featured novel Ghostwriter, by local author Travis Thrasher, which is set in Geneva. Fans enjoyed several readings and discussions with the author, give-aways, and a reception including fantastic hors d’oeuvres from the Inglenook Pantry and desserts from Harry and David. Travis answered many questions about the book and his extensive experience in the writing industry and how it is rapidly changing in the face of self-publishers on the Internet and the emergence of eBooks.
Travis Thrasher is the author of thirteen works of fiction and his goal is to continue to tell powerful and moving stories that will reach fiction readers of all types. As a fulltime novelist for over two years, Travis feels he’s still just warming up and is “glad to be a part of all the great things happening at the library this year.”
